Power system
High-frequency water-cooled dual output synchronous rectifier is used, and the fire bull line is placed on both sides to ensure the consistent current output at both ends, reduce the heat generation of the fire bull line, and improve the uniformity of the plated plate.

Hanging and plating production line
The hanging plating production line is suitable for electroplating of all kinds of parts; during electroplating, the current density of a single piece is high and will not change with time, the slot voltage is low, the temperature rises slowly, the belt output is small, and the uniformity of the plating parts is good; but the productivity is low, and the maintenance volume of equipment and auxiliary equipment is large.
Rolling plating production line
The advantages of the roller plating production line are that it saves labor, improves productivity, has less equipment maintenance costs and small footprints, and has good uniformity of the plating layer. However, the range of use of roller plating is limited, and the plated parts should not be too large or too light. The single piece has a small current density, low current efficiency, high tank voltage, fast temperature rise in tank liquid, and large amount of plating liquid.
Automatic hanging plating and electroplating equipment: It is suitable for galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, anodizing, plastic plating, etc. of objects with larger shapes. The production process can be automated through PLC, PC, and touch screens, saving manpower and greatly improving production efficiency.
